This PV system should help Phoenix Metal Trading off-set their electricity consumption by almost 70%. With incentives from APS, Federal Government, and the State of Arizona, Phoenix Metals expects to see a total payback of their investment within 5 years.

7,872 ballasted SunPower T5-305 modules were selected for an integrated polymer frame that requires zero roof penetration and minimal ballasting.

Unique Facts
This building is currently the state’s largest single rooftop solar installation. Over 37 miles of copper connect the 2.4-Megawatt array to four 500-kilowatt Satcon inverters housed in a secure, air conditioned room adjacent to the utility service entrance.
